participaci\u00f3n institucional del sindicato"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Laura Mora Cabello De Alba <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral, titulada \u00abla participaci\u00f3n institucional del sindicato\u00bb. se ocupa de la construcci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica del propio concepto de participaci\u00f3n institucional desde la constituci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola, en una interpretaci\u00f3n global de los preceptos 129.1, 7 y 28, como el derecho de los sindicatos m\u00e1s representativos, como contempla la ley org\u00e1nica de libertad sindical, a participar en los \u00f3rganos colegiados de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, tanto estatal como auton\u00f3mica y local, que o bien pertenecen a la seguridad social o cuya actividad afecta directamente a la calidad de vida o al bienestar general de la ciudadan\u00eda.  en segundo lugar, la tesis desarrolla un estudio pr\u00e1ctico del mapa de la participaci\u00f3n institucional en dichas administraciones territoriales.  las conclusiones nacen del contraste entre el concepto te\u00f3rico construido de participaci\u00f3n institucional y su constataci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica, que arrojan la distinci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica entre el \u00abderecho de participaci\u00f3n institucional\u00bb, que implica que el sindicato m\u00e1s representativo en exclusividad participa directamente de funciones p\u00fablicas, y la nueva categor\u00eda de \u00abparticipaci\u00f3n institucionalizada\u00bb, que implica el asesoramiento de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas por parte de los sindicatos, de los m\u00e1s y simplemente
