Se estudi\u00f3 el comportamiento de este mutante atenuado, tanto in vivo como in vitro, mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas microbiol\u00f3gicas (tests bioqu\u00edmicos, cultivos in vitro bajo diferentes condiciones, m\u00e9todos de detecci\u00f3n por pcr, microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido y confocal, estudio y cuantificaci\u00f3n de factores de virulencia, producci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas de quorum sensing, etc.). Tambi\u00e9n se analizaron las condiciones de vacunaci\u00f3n para la optimizaci\u00f3n de vacuna, tanto en cuanto a la preparaci\u00f3n del in\u00f3culo vacunal, como a la dosis y ruta de administraci\u00f3n, caracterizando la eficacia protectora de la vacunaci\u00f3n frente a pat\u00f3genos hom\u00f3logos y heter\u00f3logos (a.Salmonicida y yersinia ruckeri) en truchas arco iris (oncorhynchus mykiss) y carpines (carassius auratus). Finalmente, se estudiaron distintos par\u00e1metros de las respuestas inmunitarias espec\u00edficas e inespec\u00edfica inducidas por la vacunaci\u00f3n en o.Mykiss.  la inactivaci\u00f3n del gen aroa compromete muchas cualidades metab\u00f3licas y fenot\u00edpicas de la cepa mutante aroa, implicadas en su supervivencia y mecanismos de virulencia, sin afectar significativamente a su inmunogenicidad. la cepa mutante es m\u00e1s sensible a distintos estreses ambientales (osm\u00f3tico, oxidativo, t\u00e9rmico, falta de nutrientes) que su hom\u00f3loga silvestre, y sobrevive un menor tiempo en el agua, medio al que es potencialmente liberada durante o tras la vacunaci\u00f3n, lo que contribuye a la seguridad de la vacuna. Por otra parte, esta cepa mutante retiene la capacidad de responder a mol\u00e9culas de quorum sensing y de formar biofilms sobre diversos materiales pl\u00e1sticos y sobre el pienso para peces. Adem\u00e1s, se comprob\u00f3 que la utilizaci\u00f3n de distintos medios de cultivo influye tambi\u00e9n sobre su supervivencia in vitro e in vivo, y modula<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
