<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n presenta una metodolog\u00eda de implementaci\u00f3n hardware, sobre dispositivas de l\u00f3gica programable (fpgas), de algoritmos empleados en aplicaciones de procesamiento digital de im\u00e1genes.  demostr\u00e1ndose, por una parte, la mejora de rendimiento conseguida respecto de las implementaciones usuales en software gracias a la utilizaci\u00f3n directa del hardware y de t\u00e9cnicas de paralelismo; y por otro lado, y aprovechando el car\u00e1cter reconfigurable de este tipo de dispositivos l\u00f3gicos (fpgas), que es posible construir una plataforma de computaci\u00f3n cuya arquitectura queda ser modificada pro el software para adaptarse en cada instante a las necesidades de una aplicaci\u00f3n concreta de visi\u00f3n artificial.  en este sentido, se ha demostrado la validez del sistema mediante su aplicaci\u00f3n a llos casos concretos de visi\u00f3n artificial dentro del entorno industrial:
