En este trabajo de investigacion, se analiza la evolucion historica de ambos transportes, la problematica general y los fundamentos socioeconomicos de su funcionalidad. Asimismo, se exponen las infraestructuras y recursos materiales y humanos tanto del transporte terrestre como el maritimo. Igualmente se estudian los talleres de reparaciones terrestres y navales, asi como la dinamica de trabajo y el perfil profesional de las diferentes categorias profesionales que intervienen en estas tareas.
