{"id":24715,"date":"2018-03-09T09:15:46","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sa%c2%adntesis-reactividad-y-aplicaciones-sinteticas-de-alfa-sulfinilcetiminas-quirales\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:15:46","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:15:46","slug":"sa%c2%adntesis-reactividad-y-aplicaciones-sinteticas-de-alfa-sulfinilcetiminas-quirales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sa%c2%adntesis-reactividad-y-aplicaciones-sinteticas-de-alfa-sulfinilcetiminas-quirales\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00edntesis, reactividad y aplicaciones sint\u00e9ticas de alfa sulfinilcetiminas quirales"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Hassan Acherki <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se describe la s\u00edntesis de alfa-(p-tolilsulfini)cetiminas quirales y de algunos derivados enam\u00ednicos, con objeto de estudiar aspectos espec\u00edficos de su reactividad tales como:  a,- reacciones de cainosililaci\u00f3n conducentes a alfa-aminonitrilos que pueden ser derivados a alfa-amino\u00e1cidos enantiom\u00e9ricamente puros.  b,- reacciones de los azaenolatos quirales derivados de las alfa-sulfinilcetiminas con acrilatos y otros aceptores de tipo michael.  las reacciones de cianosililaci\u00f3n (tmscn y tbdmscn) tienen limitado su inter\u00e9s sint\u00e9tico ya que la diastereoslectividad observada depende cr\u00edticamente de la naturaleza del sustrato. En el caso de los derivados enam\u00ednicos los rendimientos observados son altos y esto est\u00e1 relacionado con la utilizaci\u00f3n de catalizadores \u00e1cidos tales como zncl2 y yb(tfo)3 que no influyen de manera distinta en el curso estereoquimico. Por el contrario, en las reacciones de las alfa-sulfinilcetiminas, el primer catalizador da lugar a excesos diastereom\u00e9ricos m\u00e1s elevados que el segundo. La elaboraci\u00f3n de estos resultados, as\u00ed como su interpretaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica, han sido ampliamente desarrollados en esta memoria.  por otra parte, las reacciones de michael que se han estudiado para una amplia variedad de reactivos, conducen a aductos de cadena abierta con total o muy elevada diastereoselectividad.
