Velazquez Rodriguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>* se demuestra la posibilidad de transformar la alfa- y beta-santonina en 8-(+)-desoxivernolepina. Las etapas claves de la sintesis se realizan mediante reacciones de abstraccion intramolecular de hidrogeno y beta-fragmentacion de radicales alcoxido.  * mediante la introduccion de un grupo tributilestanilo sobre el carbono 1 es posible invertir la regioselectividad de la beta-fragmentacion.  de esta manera se introducen  en un solo paso las caracteristicas estructurales mas importantes de la vernolepina.  * se preparan modelos estereoidales de peroxihemiacetales y se estudian sus reacciones de beta-fragmentacion.
