Para ello hemos utilizado cepas de ratones transg\u00e9nicos que contienen los transgenes para las cadenas pesadas u y ligeras humanas y que son knock-out para la cadena u y k de rat\u00f3n.  teniendo en cuenta que la mayor\u00eda de las patolog\u00edas tumorales linfocitarias del sistema inmune derivan de linfocitos b, nuestro principal objetivo fue obtener anticuerpos monoclonales humanos frente a linfocitos b humanos, por lo que utilizamos como c\u00e9lula inmunizante una l\u00ednea celular con fenotipo de linfocito b maduro (ivp y hmy-2).  hemos obtenido 13 anticuerpos monoclonales humanos de isotipo igm\/kappa. la mayor\u00eda de los hibridomas mostraron inestabilidad, siendo necesaria la reclonaci\u00f3n para el mantenimiento de los clones secretores. La cantidad de igm que secretan es de aproximadamente 1 ug\/ml.  todos los hibridomas obtenidos utilizan exclusivamente el segmento vh1, por tanto, la diversidad de anticuerpos depende de la variabilidad generada en la regi\u00f3n cdr3 por la combinaci\u00f3n de diferentes segmentos d y j y por inserci\u00f3n de nucle\u00f3tidos p y n. Existe una mayor variabilidad en la cadena ligera kappa por el uso de varios segmentos vk y la presencia de un n\u00famero mayor de mutaciones.  el uso de un \u00fanico gen vh es suficiente para generar un repertorio amplio de anticuerpos, sin embargo, la restauraci\u00f3n de la respuesta inmune humoral es deficiente porque s\u00f3lo encontramos una concentraci\u00f3n de las mutaciones som\u00e1ticas en el cdr1 dellocus vk1.  bas\u00e1ndonos en el patr\u00f3n de reconocimiento celular diferenciamos 2 grupos de anticuerpos un grupo de ac anti-c\u00e9lulas b, con u reconocimiento restricto hacia este tipo celular y otro grupo de ac anti-leucocitarios, con un reconocimiento extenso dentro de las poblaciones hematol\u00f3gicas.  el hecho de haber obtenido distintos
