{"id":24850,"date":"2018-03-09T09:15:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diseno-y-desarrollo-de-aceros-inoxidables-duplex-con-bajo-contenido-en-niquel\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:15:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:15:59","slug":"diseno-y-desarrollo-de-aceros-inoxidables-duplex-con-bajo-contenido-en-niquel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/politecnica-de-madrid\/diseno-y-desarrollo-de-aceros-inoxidables-duplex-con-bajo-contenido-en-niquel\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de aceros inoxidables duplex con bajo contenido en niquel"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carlos Del Campo Diaz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los aceros inoxidables d\u00faplex austeno-ferr\u00edticos se han convertido en aleaciones de uso creciente en la industria qu\u00edmica y de derivados del petr\u00f3leo, as\u00ed como en aplicaciones espec\u00edficas de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, plantas offshore, industria de la pulpa y el papel, etc. Sus ventajas, respecto a los austen\u00edticos, con los cuales compiten, se refieren a una mayor resistencia mec\u00e1nica, superior resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n localizada (picaduras e intersticios), y, sobre todo, superior resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n bajo tensiones en medios que contienen cloruros.  en el desarrollo de las citadas aleaciones se han ido empleando porcentajes de nitr\u00f3geno cada vez m\u00e1s elevados, sin embargo, no se ha contemplado una reducci\u00f3n paralela en el contenido en n\u00edquel, elemento de elevado coste. para la predicci\u00f3n de fases en aleaciones del sistema fe cr ni se utilizan habitualmente modelos y ecuaciones, as\u00ed como m\u00e9todos inform\u00e1ticos, sin embargo, en ambos casos, aparecen ciertas limitaciones.  en esta tesis se aplicar\u00e1 un modelo experimenta basado en la fabricaci\u00f3n y estudio de peque\u00f1as coladas de laboratorio en las cuales las composici\u00f3n se define en el rango establecido. Mediante dichas coladas es posible analizar las principales caracter\u00edstics microestructurales y establecer unas ecuaciones de constituci\u00f3n que permitan definir las composiciones a fabricar y realizar ajustes o balances en la composici\u00f3n que pretendan potenciar la mejora en una determinada propiedad mediante la adici\u00f3n de elementos concretos.  de esta forma, una vez definidas las principales caracter\u00edsticas de las nuevas aleaciones austeno-ferr\u00edticas, el trabajo completo de desarrollo comprende la selecci\u00f3n de las composiciones, su fabricaci\u00f3n a mayor escala, estudio de deformabilidad en caliente, propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, resistencia a distintos tipos de corrosi\u00f3n (bajo tensiones y picaduras), transformaicones microestructurales y
