Dentro de su secuencia se seleccion\u00f3 de acuerdo con la literatura un fragmento pept\u00eddico (sikvav). El objetivo del trabajo es incorporar esta secuencia pept\u00eddica que es reconocida por c\u00e9lulas tumorales, a liposomas que tienen encapsulada doxorrubicina.  se han sintetizado tres secuencias pept\u00eddicas:  lam 10-1: eegysikvav-nh2  lam 10a-1: gesikvavs-nh2  lam 10a-3 st-gesikvavs-nh2  se han purificado y caracterizado por cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta presi\u00f3n (hplc), an\u00e1lisis de amino\u00e1cidos y espectropmetr\u00eda de masas.  ya puros y conocido su rendimiento, se ha pasado a su estudio fisicoqu\u00edmico, utilizando como modelos de membrana monocapas y bicapas.  en monocapas se ha estudiado su actividad superficial, se han realizado sus isotermas de compresi\u00f3n y su miscibilidad con dppc (componente mayoritario de la membrana celular). Se han realizado tambi\u00e9n las cin\u00e9ticas de penetraci\u00f3n \u00e1rea constante utilizando el mismo fosfol\u00edpido e inyectando concentraciones de los p\u00e9ptidos en la subfase del mismo orden.  la interacci\u00f3n de las secuencias pept\u00eddicas con bicapas, se ha estudiado detrminado los cambios conformacionales provocados por los l\u00edpidos en los p\u00e9ptidos y por otro lado estudiando los cambios en la ordenaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edpidos producidos por la presencia de p\u00e9ptidos. Las sondas fluorescentes son buenos  indicadores de la aparici\u00f3n de alteraciones producidas por la inserci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas en la bicapa lip\u00eddica, pudiendo afectar la microviscosidad del medio.
