El sistema de deteccion balanceada permite mantener una gran estabilidad en la ultima frecuencia intermedia (60 mhz) a partir de una primera if no estabilizada (5-7.7 ghz). La medida de la fase queda desacoplada de la amplitud de la se\u00f1al.  la interpretacion de los resultados se basa en la validez de la aproximacion wkb (contrastada con calculos de onda completa) para los parametros de w7as.  entre los resultados experimentales cabe destacar: la observacion de una deriva de fase, interpretada como efecto de la rotacion del plasma; la obtencion de perfiles radiales de niveles de fluctuaciones para diferentes esquemas de calentamiento, observandose una dependencia del tipo 1\/ln; la observacion de modos coherentes asociados a superficies racionales de orden bajo y por ultimo una caracterizacion detallada del comportamiento de las fluctuaciones de densidad durante la transicion del modo de confinamiento l al modo h.
