Esta tesis analiza, a partir de fuentes f\u00edlmicas (pel\u00edculas, guiones, testimonios, gr\u00e1ficos, iconogr\u00e1ficos y fotogr\u00e1ficos) y hemerogr\u00e1ficas (reportajes, entrevistas, cr\u00edticas, cr\u00f3nicas, etc.), La manera en que el cine sincr\u00f3nico lleg\u00f3 y se desarroll\u00f3 en el m\u00e9xico de fines del siglo xx y las primeras cuatro d\u00e9cadas del xx. La hip\u00f3tesis que se se comprueba a lo largo del texto es aquellas que sostiene que luego de un largo periodo artesanal, y en buena medida gracias al apoyo, brindado por el estado moderno emanado de las llamada \u00abrevoluci\u00f3n mexicana\u00bb, la tecnol\u00f3gica ligada al sincr\u00f3nico permiti\u00f3 que el cine mexicano se convirtiera en la industria cultural m\u00e1s importante del mundo de habla hispana. En ese proceso desempe\u00f1aron papeles de suma importancia un grupo cineastas (miguel contreras torres, arcady boytler, jos\u00e9 bohr, fernando de fuentes, raphael j.
