Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el sistema nervioso central (snc), la informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 codificada en redes de neuronales funcionalmente concectadas por sin\u00e1psis.  La morfog\u00e9nesis del sistema nervioso (sn) requiere la migraci\u00f3n dirigida de neuronas postmit\u00f3ticas a posiciones determinadas y la gu\u00eda de sus axones hacia sus dianas sin\u00e1pticas espec\u00edficas. Ambas formas de navegaci\u00f3n dependen de mol\u00e9culas de gu\u00eda, receptores de superficie y v\u00edas de transucci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al comunes que acoplan la activaci\u00f3n del receptor a la reorganizaci\u00f3n del citoesqueleto.  el hipocampo constituye un modelo excelente para el estudio de esta cuesti\u00f3n. el desarrollo de sus proyecciones ha sido meticulosamente estudiado; se establecen de una forma estereotipadas y organizadas en un patr\u00f3n laminar en el que cada proyecci\u00f3n invade su l\u00e1mina diana desde el inicio. Este hecho sugiere la participaci\u00f3n de diversas mol\u00e9culas de gu\u00eda finamente reguladas que permitan el elevado refinamiento  del sistema. Otra ventaja de este modelo es la cantidad m\u00e9todos de cultivo disponibles y la existencia de multitud de estudios sobre el desarrollo neur\u00edtico del hipocampo in vitro (c\u00e1ceres et al., 1986; lumsden y davies, 1986; frotscher y heimrich, 1993; craig y banker, 1994; chedotal et al., 1998).  la netrina-1 es una mol\u00e9cula de gu\u00eda y dcc (deleted in colorectal cancer) uno de sus receptores.
