En el caso de los compuestos iii-n, se han estudiado heteroepitaxias gan\/zafiro, gan\/si, algan\/aln y aln\/si, las cuales pretender ser aplicadas en dispositivos tales como l\u00e1seres emisores de luz de cavidad vertical, sensores de ondas ac\u00fasticas superficiales, entre otros. Por otra parte las pel\u00edculas obtenidas por medio de implantaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica est\u00e1n encaminadas a la modificaci\u00f3n del silicio para convertirlo en un material emisor de luz eficiente. Las aplicaciones de estos materiales, compuestos iii-n y si como material emisor de luz, est\u00e1n recogidas en el campo de los dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos.  el estudio de los materiales est\u00e1 basado en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de ellos por medio de t\u00e9cnicas de haces de electrones y se complementa con otras t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n (fotoluminiscencia, c\u00e1todoluminiscencia, elipsometr\u00eda, difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, microscop\u00eda de fuerza at\u00f3mica y espectrometr\u00eda de retodispersi\u00f3n de rutherford). Los resultados obtenidos han permitido conocer de forma detallada algunas propiedades estructurales, composicionales y \u00f3pticas de dichos materiales. Tales resultados son de utilidad para la mejora en la operaci\u00f3n de dichos dispositivos.  las pel\u00edculas semiconductoras estudiadas en la presente tesis han sido obtenidas en colaboraci\u00f3n con otros grupos de investigaci\u00f3n, los cuales pertenecen a las universidades aut\u00f3noma de Madrid, polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid y de hannover (alemania).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
