<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta memoria tiene como objetivo el estudio del comportamiento asint\u00f3tico de ecuaciones cin\u00e9ticas para part\u00edculas cargadas, en una doble vertiente: por un lado, mediante el estudio anal\u00edtico de propiedades cualitativas (de estabilidad y convergencia) de las soluciones y por otro lado, se simulan num\u00e9ricamente ecuaciones cin\u00e9ticas, que permiten validar el uso de un l\u00edmite asint\u00f3tico y resuelven de modo determinista sistemas cin\u00e9ticos.  por tanto, esta memoria consta de dos partes: una primera parte dedicada al estudio anal\u00edtico y una segunda parte, centrada en la simulaci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica.  desde el punto de vista anal\u00edtico, se estudia el comportamiento asint\u00f3tico de una ecuaci\u00f3n lineal no homog\u00e9nea de boltzmann, la estabilidad de una familia de soluciones estacionarias para el sistema de vlasov-poisson para part\u00edculas cargadas y el comportamiento asint\u00f3tico de una ecuaci\u00f3n parab\u00f3lica de cuarto orden no lineal.  el nexo de uni\u00f3n entre estos tres problemas es el m\u00e9todo de disipaci\u00f3n de entrop\u00eda, que constituye la herramienta principal en las demostraciones de estos resultados.  la simulaciones num\u00e9ricas de esta tesis se centran en el sistema de boltzmann-posson en teor\u00edas de semiconductores y sus aproximaciones.  concretamente se presenta una validaci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica para el l\u00edmite asint\u00f3tico de child-langmuir, comparando las simulaciones para el modelo l\u00edmite con la simulaci\u00f3n directa del sistema cin\u00e9tico.  por otro lado, en esta segunda parte de la memoria, se ofrece un resolutor determinista del sistema de boltzmann-poisson que modela del comportamiento de un
