{"id":25284,"date":"2003-11-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-11-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/localizacion-de-diversos-aspectos-del-metabolismo-del-acido-glioxa%c2%adlico-en-el-sistema-nervioso-central-de-la-rata\/"},"modified":"2003-11-09T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-11-09T00:00:00","slug":"localizacion-de-diversos-aspectos-del-metabolismo-del-acido-glioxa%c2%adlico-en-el-sistema-nervioso-central-de-la-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/localizacion-de-diversos-aspectos-del-metabolismo-del-acido-glioxa%c2%adlico-en-el-sistema-nervioso-central-de-la-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Localizaci\u00f3n de diversos aspectos del metabolismo del \u00e1cido gliox\u00edlico en el sistema nervioso central de la rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> JavierRamon Capilla San Martin <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se investiga en el snc de la rata (cerebro, cerebelo y m\u00e9dula oblongada) los siguientes aspectos del metabolismo del \u00e1cido gliox\u00edlico.  1,- la localizaci\u00f3n del enzima glioxilato-deshidrogenasa, utilizando t\u00e9cnicas histoenzimol\u00f3gicas.  2,- la localizaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas derivadas de la transaminaci\u00f3n del \u00e1cido gliox\u00edlico con mol\u00e9culas aminadas, utilizando t\u00e9cnicas inmunohistoqu\u00edmicas.  los resultados obtenidos revelan la presencia del enzima glioxilato- deshidrogenasa nad-dependiente, a diferencia de lo que ocurre en otros \u00f3rganos de ver tebrado en las que el esl nadp-dependiente, en todas las zonas del snc estudiadas. La intensidad de la reacci\u00f3n fue m\u00e1s intensa en la capa iii de la corteza cerebral, as\u00ed como en los n\u00facleos subcorticales, del cerebelo y de la m\u00e9dula oblongada. Posteriormente se investig\u00f3 la actividad de este enzima cuando a las ratas se les administr\u00f3 nicotine hidroxy tartrate salt, observando que esta mol\u00e9cula provoca un incremento de actividad del enzima en diferentes zonas de la corteza cerebral, siendo mucho m\u00e1s intensa en las tres primeras capas de la corteza.  en la segunda parte de este trabajo se demuestra que el \u00e1cido gliox\u00edlico reacciona con aminas bi\u00f3genas localiz\u00e1ndose en ves\u00edculas sin\u00e1pticas y membranas sin\u00e1pticas, lo que sugiere su intervenci\u00f3n en determinados
