Por otro, la propuesta de soluciones realistas, basadas en las rnas, a diveros problemas relacionados con la gesti\u00f3n de un sistema de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.  ante un problema particular, el primer objetivo general se ha concretado en los siguientes objetivos espec\u00edficos:  a,- establecer las caracter\u00edsticas que ese problema debe presentar para que sea recomendable su resoluci\u00f3n mediante rnas.  b,- establecer el paradigma neuronal m\u00e1s adecuado para su resoluci\u00f3n.  c,- una vez elegido un paradigma, determinar su estructura topol\u00f3gica adeucada.  d,- conocer las peculiaridades de cada una de las funciones de activaci\u00f3n que pueden ser incorporadas a una neurona, as\u00ed como su efecto en el funcionamiento general del sistema.  e,- conocer los distintos algoritmos de entrenamiento o de evoluci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de los diferentes paradigmas y su incidencia en el tiempo de convergencia y en la precisi\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n alcanzada.  en cu\u00e1nto al segundo objetivo general, se han analizado y propuesto diversas soluciones neuronales a las siguientes operaciones implicadas en un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica: predicci\u00f3n de la demanda el\u00e9ctrica, an\u00e1lisis de contingencias y estimaci\u00f3n de estado, la cual incluye las subtareas de estimaci\u00f3n topol\u00f3gica y observabilidad. Todos estos problemas reales presentan caracter\u00edsticas que hacen recomendable la utilizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas neuronales para su soluci\u00f3n. Para cada uno de ellos se realiza un estudio exhaustivo de sus condiciones, se proponen y justifican diversos paradigmas neuronales o estructuras mixtas y se obtienen y analizan los
