radicalarias han recibido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os una considerable atenci\u00f3n por su utilidad en la s\u00edntesis de subestructuras implicadas en sustancias biol\u00f3gicamente activas.  en este campo, los radicales alcoxilo y los centrados sobre el nitr\u00f3geno, constituyen una clase particularmente importante para el qu\u00edmico org\u00e1nico ya que pueden sufrir una gran variedad de reacciones muy \u00fatiles sint\u00e9ticamente.  en esta memoria se expone un amplio estudio de las reacciones de abstracci\u00f3n intramolecular de hidr\u00f3geno (aih) promovidas por radicales centrados en el ox\u00edgeno y en el nitr\u00f3geno para obtener subunidades estructurales presentes en numerosos productos naturales con actividad biol\u00f3gica.  se ha demostrado la viabilidad de la reacci\u00f3n de aih, promovida por radicales fosforamidilo, en la s\u00edntesis de distintos sistemas oxa-azaespiroacetales, hexahidro-2h-furo[3,2-b]pirrol y octahidropirano[2,3-b]pirrol partiendo de sustratos derivados de carbohidratos.  por otra parte, se ha conseguido dirigir la espirociclaci\u00f3n, llevada a cbo por reacci\u00f3n de aih promovida por radicales amidilo, hacia la formaci\u00f3n de espirolactonas y\/o espirolactamas sin m\u00e1s que variar la naturaleza del sustituyente en la posici\u00f3n 2 del anillo de piranosa o de furanosa del carbohidrato de partida.  finalmente, se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda, sencilla que permite sintetizar los distintos estereois\u00f3meros en c-22 y c-25 de la unidad norte de una cefalostatina, por modificaci\u00f3n de la cadena lateral de una sapogenina espirost\u00e1nica, aplicando reacciones de aih promovidas por radicales alcoxilo.  en todos los casos, la suavidad de las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n es compatible con los sustratos empleados, que poseen una gran variedad de grupos protectores altamente sensibles a condiciones \u00e1cidas o b\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
