Se encuentran nueve nuevos microsat\u00e9lites caprinos y se dise\u00f1an cebadores para la amplificaci\u00f3n por pcr de seis de ellos, de los cuatro presentan polimorfismo en una muestra de 161 cabras de raza murciano-granadina pertenecientes a 10 ganader\u00edas. tres de ellos no muestran una desviaci\u00f3n significativa del equilibrio hardy-weinberg en la muestra estudiada. No se detecta desequilibrio de ligamiento entre los cuatro microsat\u00e9lites.  se propone un protocolo de pcr m\u00faltiple y detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica por fluorescencia para evaluar el polimorfismo exhibido por cinco microsat\u00e9lites de origen caprino y bovino seleccionados de la bibliograf\u00eda, junto con los tres m\u00e1s polim\u00f3rficos de los descritos en este mismo trabajo, para su aplicaci\u00f3n al control de ascendencia materna y paterna en ganado caprino de raza murciano-granadina. usando estos marcadores se obtienen valores de probabilidad de exclusi\u00f3n a priori combinada de entre 0,9765 y 0,9976, seg\u00fan la ganader\u00eda. Se estudia la ascendencia materna y paterna de 388 cabras de seis ganader\u00edas pertenecientes a la asociaci\u00f3n de criadores de raza murciano-granadina de la comunidad de murcia,
