Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha pretendido contribuir al conocimiento de plasmas producidos por onda de superficie en el regimen menos conocido de alta presion. Este estudio se ha realizado con objeto de caracterizar dichas descargas midiendo sus magnitudes caracteristicas, para clasificarlo seguidamente en cuanto al tipo, grado de equilibrio y cinetica de la descarga aplicando la teoria de fujimoto. Finalmente se estudia la utilizacion de este plasma como fuente de excitacion en aes para determinacion analitica de halogenos. Se han estudiado dos tipos de descarga: columna y llama, poniendo a punto sistemas y metodos de diagnosis espectroscopicos. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido afirmar que los dos tipos de descarga estudiados son plasmas de dos temperaturas (electronica y para el gas), en plte de recombinacion; con niveles 5p y superiores en equilibrio y 4p subpoblados. Un aumento de la densidad y temperatura electronica provoca un mayor acercamiento de los plasmas al equilibrio.
