Sin embargo persiste la duda sobre si se trta de constructos diferentes as\u00ed como sobre su influencia en el desempe\u00f1o organizacional. la presente investigaci\u00f3n pretende aportar luz a este debate comparando los constructos y analizando su efecto en variables de salida o producto como son el rendimiento cognitivo, el compromiso de los estudiantes y la satisfacci\u00f3n de los padres de familia, que podemos considerar como indicadores de desempe\u00f1o organizacional escolar. Variables relevantes y, algunas de ellas, poco frecuentes en los estudios de medida del desempe\u00f1o organizacional.  mediante un dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n no experimental de tipo correlacional, el estudio muestra que los instrumentos utilizados para la medida del clima (ocdq-rm, de hoy y colaboradores) y de la cultura (cco, adaptado por el autor a partir de un instrumento desarrollado por hofstede) miden constructos diversos y que \u00fanicamente algunas dimensiones del clima organizacional (ninguna de la cultura organizacional) inciden en el desempe\u00f1o organizacional escolar. Conforman la muestra sujetos de 81 escuelas de la rep\u00fablica mexicana, de educaci\u00f3n primaria y media; alumnos, padres de familia, personal docente y directivo.
