Presentamos tambi\u00e9n una revisi\u00f3n de la literatura sobre el t\u00e9rmino del trabajo, adem\u00e1s de mostrar la relaci\u00f3n que tiene la formaci\u00f3n para el empleo. El marco te\u00f3rico se finaliza indicando la importancia que tiene la inserci\u00f3n laboral como un indicador para la calidad de la ense\u00f1anza.  la finalidad de nuestra investigaci\u00f3n se centra en ver el estado de la inserci\u00f3n laboral de los alumnos y alumnas de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica en el campus de melilla. Para poder dar respuesta a nuestro problema, nos hemos propuesto tres objetivos generales:  * conocer el grado de inserci\u00f3n  * conocer las exigencias formativas de mercado sobre estos profesionales  * conocer la satisfacci\u00f3n de los empleadores y directivos con la formaci\u00f3n que han recibido estos profesinales.  la informaci\u00f3n se ha obtenido de tres fuentes; engresados, profesorado y empleadores. Para ello se ha utilizado dos instrumentos, por un lado el cuestionario para la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n de los egresados; y por otro la entrevista para la obtenci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n del profesorado y los empleadores. El an\u00e1lisis de los datos se ha realizado a trav\u00e9s del paquete estad\u00edstico spss 11.0 para los datos del cuestionario y a trav\u00e9s del programa de an\u00e1lisis de datos cualitativos aquad five para las entrevistas.  finalmente las conclusiones obtenidas en este informe de investigaci\u00f3n quedan resumidas as\u00ed:  * la formaci\u00f3n que se imparte en la facultad de
