Tras se\u00f1alar las insuficiencias de cada una de las posiciones examinadas, el autor presenta una propuesta que coincide con la de larry laudan en tanto que adopta una concepci\u00f3n pluralista de los valores epist\u00e9micos y admite la posibilidad de cambio en \u00e9stos, pero que se aleja de laudan en dos puntos fundamentales: (1) rechaza el antirrealismo de laudan al considerar viable el reconocimiento de la verdad como un objetivo leg\u00edtimo de la ciencia; (2) considera que no es posible hablar \u00fanicamente de valores epist\u00e9micos en la ciencia sin tomar en
