Conforme aumenta la temperatura de deposoci\u00f3n del fe sobre una superficie de mgo(001), aumenta la calidd cristalina de las pel\u00edculas, pero en detrimento de la continuidad de las intercaras debido  a la transici\u00f3n 2d-\u00c2\u00bf3d, con la formaci\u00f3n de islas para temperaturas superiores a 350\u00c2\u00bac.  por otra parte, es posible fabricar heteroestructuras de capas planoparalelas, mediante un control preciso de las condiciones de deposici\u00f3n para los distintos materiales. B\u00e1sicamente, la calidade las heteroestructuras est\u00e1 limitada por la calidad de la primera capa en contacto con el substrato. As\u00ed, debido al crecimiento m\u00e1s defectuoso del mgo\/si(001) respecto al mgo\/gaas(001) como consecuencia de la diferencia en par\u00e1metros de red, se obtienen heteroestructuras de multicapa fe\/mgo de inferior calidad sobre si(001).  las heteroestructuras anteriormente se\u00f1aladas fueron caracterizadas tambi\u00e9n desde un punto de vista magn\u00e9tica. En el caso de pel\u00edculas de fe depositadas sobre una capa de mgo(001), se pudo caracterizar estas capas hasta el umbral ferromagn\u00e9tico, que se obtuvo para un espesorde 2ml de fe debido probablemente a la rugosidad del substrato. Analizando las anisotropias magnetocristalinas en funci\u00f3n del espesor de fe, se ha podido confirmar que las capas de fe poseen una constante de anisotrop\u00eda similar a k1 (la constante de anisotrop\u00eda de volumen). Conforme disminuye el espesor aparece una contribuci\u00f3n debida a la intercara fe-mgo(001) , con una constante equivalente a ks 1,7,10-3 erg\/cm2. Adem\u00e1s, en algunos casos se detecta una ligera anisotrop\u00eda uniaxial que rompe magn\u00e9ticamente la equiValencia entre la disrecciones cristalinas [100] y [010], apareciendo m\u00e1s de un
