{"id":26281,"date":"2018-03-09T09:18:02","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-cuantitativo-de-la-barrera-hematoacuosa-ocular-como-a%c2%adndice-de-actividad-de-la-retinopata%c2%ada-diabetica-proliferativa\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:18:02","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:18:02","slug":"estudio-cuantitativo-de-la-barrera-hematoacuosa-ocular-como-a%c2%adndice-de-actividad-de-la-retinopata%c2%ada-diabetica-proliferativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-cuantitativo-de-la-barrera-hematoacuosa-ocular-como-a%c2%adndice-de-actividad-de-la-retinopata%c2%ada-diabetica-proliferativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio cuantitativo de la barrera hematoacuosa ocular como \u00edndice de actividad de la retinopat\u00edadiab\u00e9tica proliferativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Javier Elizalde Montagut <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La neovascularizaci\u00f3n que aparece en la retinopat\u00eda diab\u00e9tica proliferativa aparece como respuesta a la hipoxia e isquemia retiniana que, a su vez, induce la s\u00edntesis de factores vasoproliferativos capaces de estimular el crecimiento de neovasos y de provocar una hiperpermeabilidad vascular. entre todos los factores con capacidad vasoproliferativa el m\u00e1s implicado en este fen\u00f3meno es el vegf (vascular endotelial growth factor), sintetizado por las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales, ganglionares y del epitelio pigmentado de la retina.  tras analizar una muestra de 45 ojos de pacientes efectos de retinopat\u00eda diab\u00e9tica proliferativa, sometidos a cirug\u00eda combinada de extracci\u00f3n de catarata y vitrectom\u00eda para plana, demostramos que exite una correlaci\u00f3n positiva muy elevada y estad\u00edsticamente significativa entre los valores de vegf en el humor acuoso y v\u00edtreo y la tyndallometr\u00eda de la c\u00e1mara anterior. por lo tanto, la descompensaci\u00f3n (hiperpermeabilidad) de la barrera hematoocular (hematoacuosa y hematorretiniana) est\u00e1 relacionada con el grado de actividad de la retinopat\u00eda diab\u00e9tica, siendo mucho mayor en los pacientes con neovascularizaci\u00f3n en el iris. Asimismo los valores de la tyndallometr\u00eda y los niveles de vegf son inversamente proporcionales a la extensi\u00f3n de la fotocoagulaci\u00f3n retiniana. El tipo de diabetes no influye en el grado de descomposici\u00f3n de la barrera hematoocular, y los valores de glucemia, hemoglobina glicosilada, triglic\u00e9ridos y globulinas mostraron una
