Las t\u00e9cnicas empleadas son, fundamentalmente, el m\u00e9todo de los elementos finitos para la parte din\u00e1mica del modelo y el m\u00e9todo semilagrangiano para la evoluci\u00f3n temporal.  por \u00faltimo, los modelos planteados se aplican a tres problemas concretos:  *  la din\u00e1mica, considerando la evoluci\u00f3n temporal, de un glaciar isotermo cerca de su divisoria.  *  la din\u00e1mica, en estado estacionario, de un plano de flujo, denominado dorotea, del glaciar johnsons (ant\u00e1rtida).  *  la din\u00e1mica, en estado estacionario, del modelo tridimensional del
