En el contexto de la sociolog\u00eda de la empresa y de las organizaciones surgen conceptos tales como: cultura empresarial, cultura organizacional, cultura industrial, cultura corporativa o cultura de la calidad, que no vienen sino a destacar, la notable y creciente importancia que los aspectos culturales tienen para el desarrollo integral de la organizaci\u00f3n, del entorno en el que \u00e9sta se ubica, as\u00ed como de los individuos y grupos que la conforman y le otorgan valor.  el estudio presentado pretende conocer el ecosistema empresarial en el que se integra la peque\u00f1a empresa granadina, poniendo de manifiesto los valores, creencias, actitudes, normas, costumbres, ritos, motivaciones y pr\u00e1cticas imperantes, que se presentan como obst\u00e1culos para el desarrollo empresarial. La finalidad de este trabajo no es otra que presentar un profundo y detallado diagn\u00f3stico sociocultural, que contribuya a sentar las bases para el desarrollo de actuaciones de intervenci\u00f3n, dirigidas a la conformaci\u00f3n de una cultura empresarial \u00abexcelente\u00bb.  para ello, la aplicaci\u00f3n de una metodolog\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n cualitativa (entrevistas en profundidad, grupos de discusi\u00f3n y observaci\u00f3n no participante) ha sido de vital importancia para el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
