En esta memoria se ha determinado la estructura at\u00f3mica de las reconstrucciones c(4&#215;2) y (3&#215;2) de sic(001) c\u00fabico. El estudio estructural se ha realizado mediante difracci\u00f3n de fotoelectrones. El proceso f\u00edsico de la dispersi\u00f3n de los electrones en la red cristalina se ha descrito mediante un c\u00e1lculo exacto de dispersi\u00f3n m\u00faltiple de aproximaci\u00f3n de onda esf\u00e9rica, lo que ha permitido realizar comparaciones cuantitativas en los diferentes reg\u00edmenes de energ\u00edas cin\u00e9ticas electr\u00f3nicas estudiados. La comparaci\u00f3n entre teor\u00eda y expeirmetno ha permitido determinar los at\u00f3micos detallados para ambas reconstrucciones. La reconstrucci\u00f3n (3&#215;2) se describe mediante una modificaci\u00f3n delm odelo taadm (two adlayer asymmetric dimer model), y la reconstrucci\u00f3n c(4&#215;2) mediante el modelo audd (alternately up and down dimers). Se ha propuesto mecanismos de formaci\u00f3n de ambas reconstrucciones basados en la tensi\u00f3n de las \u00faltimas capas de si. Tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la influencia de los defectos superficiales en el resultado de la difracci\u00f3n de fotoelectrones. por otro lado, se ha empleado el nivel interno del si 2p para determinar el n\u00famero de diferentes entornos qu\u00edmicos de los \u00e1tomos  de si. En el caso de la reconstrucci\u00f3n c(4&#215;2) esto ha permitido incluso asignar las diferentes componentes a tipos de \u00e1tomos presentes en la superficie. Este an\u00e1lisis sobre nuevas perspectivas para la comprensi\u00f3n de otras reconstrucciones de sic(001), en particular para el r\u00e9gimen de formaci\u00f3n de nanohilos
