Por otra parte, los sistemas con demandas repetidas constituyen una parte especialmente activa de la teor\u00eda de colas por sus importantes aplicaciones en el estudio del control de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas y modelos de redes de ordenadores. por tanto, por el inter\u00e9s que despierta la combinaci\u00f3n de ambos conceptos, esta tesis extiende aspectos b\u00e1sicos de la teor\u00eda de colas con demandas repetidas en tiempo continuo al tiempo discreto. La herramienta matem\u00e1tica clave del trabajo es el potente aparato de las funciones generatrices. los resultados fundamentales de los diferentes modelos que se analizan son el estudio de la estabilidad de los mismos, as\u00ed como la obtenci\u00f3n de procedimientos para hallar las principales distribuciones estacionarias asociadas a los distintos sistemas. Por \u00faltimo deber\u00eda se\u00f1alarse que se demuestra la aproximaci\u00f3n al tiempo continuo, lo que hace prevalecer a los sistemas en tiempo discreto sobre sus hom\u00f3logos continuos, este triunfo ya era claro debido a que el tiempo discreto resulta m\u00e1s apropiado para modelar sistemas de ordenadores y telecomuniaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
