Adem\u00e1s el hecho de que neutrones y protones ocupan los mismos orbitales hace que efectos relacinados con el apareamiento de nucleones sea de especial relevancia en estos n\u00facleos.  los estados excitados de los n\u00facleos br70 y br71 han sido estudiado a trav\u00e9s de reacciones de fusi\u00f3n-evaporaci\u00f3n de iones pesados. Las transiciones e.M., De dichos n\u00facleos han sido determinadas mediante t\u00e9cnicas de espectroscop\u00eda gamma. El an\u00e1lisis de coincidencias gamma-gamma ha permitido construir el esquema de niveles y asignar esp\u00edn y paridad a los diferentes estados excitados en ambos n\u00facleos.  los resultados obtenidos han sido interpretados en el marco del modelo de \u00abacoplamiento part\u00edcula+rotor\u00bb. Del an\u00e1lisis de estos resultados se deduce que el n\u00facleo br71 presenta deformaci\u00f3n oblada para estados con baja energ\u00eda de excitaci\u00f3n. A mayor energ\u00eda domina la deformaci\u00f3n prolada que en nuestro caso se caracteriza por la presencia de bandas rotacionales.  los estados excitados del n\u00facleo impar-impar br-70 con n=z han sido estudiados por primera vez en este trabajo. La identificaci\u00f3n de estos estados ha sido posible gracias al uso de detectores de neutrones. La asignaci\u00f3n del car\u00e1cter de isosp\u00edn a los estados excitados ha permitido observar la competici\u00f3n entre estados con t=0 y t=1 y la presencia de posibles efectos relacionados con
