En estos estudios se comprob\u00f3 que el enriado con la bacteria bacillus licheniformis es la que produce una mejor calidad de las fibras, reduci\u00e9ndose adem\u00e1s el tiempo de enriado hasta los 2 d\u00edas.  por otra parte, se estudi\u00f3 el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n en cultivo l\u00edquido de la bacteria para la producci\u00f3n de biomasa. Analiz\u00e1ndose el medio de cultivo m\u00e1s adecuado, la influencia de la concentraci\u00f3n del substrato y determin\u00e1ndose las velocidades de consumo de ox\u00edgeno y fuente de carbono y el coeficiente de transporte de ox\u00edgeno (kla) en nuestro medio.  por \u00faltimo, se simul\u00f3 el proceso de secado que debe sufrir la planta de lino previamente a su tratamiento textil, ya que este paso es el que va a representar el punto econ\u00f3mico cr\u00edtico en el desarrollo de una futura industria de enriado microbiol\u00f3gico del lino.
