Se han estudiado: a) las reacciones de hidr\u00f3lisis b\u00e1sica de nitritos de propilo, butilo, pentilo, iso-propilo, iso-butilo e iso-pentilo en presencia de ciclodextrinas, b) los equilibrios de inclusi\u00f3n de piperidina y metilderivados en ciclodextrinas, y c) las reacciones de nitrosaci\u00f3n de piperidina y alquilderivados en presencia de ciclodextrinas.  en medio b\u00e1sico los grupos hidroxilo secundarios de las ciclodextrinas act\u00faan como nucle\u00f3filos frente al nitrito\u00e9ster, habi\u00e9ndose estudiado cin\u00e9ticamente estas reacciones.  se han determinado, mediante un m\u00e9todo competitivo, las constantes de los equilibrios de inclusi\u00f3n de los substratos nitrosables en ciclodextrinas.  las ciclodextrinas catalizan las reacciones de nitrosaci\u00f3n de piperidina y metilderivadospor nitrito de butilo en medio alcalino. Se discute la reacitividad de las especies participantes en la nitrosaci\u00f3n cuando se encuentran en forma libre y cuando una de ella est\u00e1 encapsulada. Cuando ambos reactivos est\u00e1n incluidos en al ciclodextrina, la constante de velocidad es muy peque\u00f1a o nula, resultado atribuible a que, en medio fuertemente alcalino, los grupos hidroxilo secundarios de la ciclodextrina est\u00e1n ionizados, dificultando por repulsi\u00f3n electrost\u00e1tica la aproximaci\u00f3n de los reactivos encapsulados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
