{"id":26779,"date":"2003-11-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-11-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/deteccion-no-destructiva-de-problemas-de-calidad-interna-en-sanda%c2%adas-apirenas-mediante-respuesta-acustica-a-impactos-de-baja-intensidad\/"},"modified":"2003-11-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-11-11T00:00:00","slug":"deteccion-no-destructiva-de-problemas-de-calidad-interna-en-sanda%c2%adas-apirenas-mediante-respuesta-acustica-a-impactos-de-baja-intensidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/politecnica-de-madrid\/deteccion-no-destructiva-de-problemas-de-calidad-interna-en-sanda%c2%adas-apirenas-mediante-respuesta-acustica-a-impactos-de-baja-intensidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Detecci\u00f3n no destructiva de problemas de calidad interna en sand\u00edas apirenas mediante respuesta ac\u00fastica a impactos de baja intensidad."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Belen Diezma Iglesias <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En las sand\u00edas sin semillas aparece agravado un problema: el ahuecado interno. el objetivo de este trabajo ha sido desarrollar un procedimiento no destructivo basado en la respuesta ac\u00fastica a un impacto, para la detecci\u00f3n de sand\u00edas apirenas de variedad reina de corazones afectadas de ahuecados internos. se dise\u00f1\u00f3, desarroll\u00f3 y optimiz\u00f3 un dispositivo ac\u00fastico, compuesto por los siguientes elementos:  &#8211; un sistema pendular en cuyo extremo se acopla una cabeza semiesf\u00e9rica, una estructura de soporte y un recept\u00e1culo aislante, elementos para la adquisici\u00f3n de la se\u00f1al ac\u00fastica, programas inform\u00e1ticos para el almacenamiento y tratamiento de las se\u00f1ales ac\u00fasticas.  la investigaci\u00f3n desarrollada en la presente tesis permite establecer que en el comportamiento din\u00e1mico de una sand\u00eda se identifica un primer modo de vibraci\u00f3n de tipo longitudinal que est\u00e1 afectado por las carcter\u00edsticas de calidad de la pulpa, la t\u00e9cnica de respuesta ac\u00fastica al impacto es un procedimiento no destructivo, valido para la detecci\u00f3n de sand\u00edas con grietas y\/o ahuecados en la pulpa.  los par\u00e1metros ac\u00fasticos que presentaron mejores capacidades para la segregaci\u00f3n de los frutos ahuecados fueron los denominados magnitudes de banda. El procedimiento y el equipo sensor ac\u00fastico desarrollado son f\u00e1cilmente adaptables a un equipo port\u00e1til para su utilizaci\u00f3n en campo o
