Como sustratos se han utilizado: sio2, al2o3, mgo, alfa-feo3, fe3o4, au y hopg. Las t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3 utilizadas han sido: espectroscop\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n  de rayos-x (xas) y espectroscop\u00eda de fotoemisi\u00f3n resonante (rpes). Hay que resaltar que las caracterizaciones se han realizado in situ.  el trabajo realizado ha permitido constatar la existencia de una fuerte interacci\u00f3n del di\u00f3xido de titanio depositado con el sustrato cuando \u00e9ste es un \u00f3xido. Esta interacci\u00f3n se manifiesta en la densidad de estados no ocupados ti 3d, estudiados a trav\u00e9s del borde de absorci\u00f3n ti 2p. De forma complementaria se ha estudiado la densidad de estados ti 3d ocupados a partir de las medidas de fotoemisi\u00f3n resonante de la banda de Valencia en el borde ti 2p-3d. Si el sustrato utilizado es un metal, se observa una inhibici\u00f3n de la oxidaci\u00f3n del titanio para muy bajo recubrimiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
