Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Utilizando la liber\u00eda de im\u00e1genes digitales del proyecto visible human, se realiza un desarrollo inform\u00e1tico para la visualizaci\u00f3n de estructuras cerebrales en tres dimensiones, de gran inter\u00e9s en la docencia de la neuroanatom\u00eda y la neurocirug\u00eda, mediante un sistema de navegaci\u00f3n libre.  para ello, hemos empleando secciones seriadas, en los tres planos del espacio (sagitales, coronales y axiales). Utilizamos un total de 160 cortes axiales, a partir de los cuales se calcularon, por interpolaci\u00f3n bilineal, las im\u00e1genes ortogonales en los planos frontal y sagital. Una vez procesados los cortes, se procedi\u00f3 al etiquetado de las estructuras anat\u00f3micas cerebrales, mediante diferentes c\u00f3digos de color, a trav\u00e9s de un programa comercial (paint shop pro), el cual permite crear im\u00e1genes con diferentes capas, fusion\u00e1ndolas. mediante el programa kheops builder se reconstruyeron los modelos s\u00f3lidos a partir de sus contornos, obteni\u00e9ndose una imagen en 3d. Se construy\u00f3 un programa, elaborado en lenguaje microsoft visual c++6.0, dotado de una interface de usuario de f\u00e1cil navegaci\u00f3n por cualquier plano del espacio, donde se integrarn distintas herrramientas como el giro, zoom, selecci\u00f3n de corte y estructura anat\u00f3mica, descripci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica del modelo tridimensional generado, etc. Para la representaci\u00f3n gr\u00e1fica se han utilizado las librer\u00edas direct x 8.0.  la realizaci\u00f3n de estos programas constituye un buen medio para el aprendizaje y comprensi\u00f3n de estructuras anat\u00f3micas tan complejas como el cerebro, al poderlas visualizar de forma aislada, en toda su integridad y con sus relaciones de vecindad.  por otra parte, el desarrollo de estos procedimientos inform\u00e1ticos, unido a la riqueza anat\u00f3mica que ofrece el proyecto visible human, permitir\u00e1 llevar a cabo simulaciones virtuales de abordajes quir\u00fargicos, de gran inter\u00e9s en la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica en la neurocirug\u00eda, siendo posible planificar una intervenci\u00f3n antes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Procedimiento informatico para la generaci\u00f3n de estructuras cerebrales tridimensionales<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Procedimiento informatico para la generaci\u00f3n de estructuras cerebrales tridimensionales <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Lagandara Lopez M.
