En esta memoria se presenta un protocolo para realizar mineral\u00f3gico directo de materiales relacionados con la construcci\u00f3n utilizando la drxp y el m\u00e9todo de rietveld. En concreto, se han analizado cl\u00ednkeres portland blancos, cl\u00ednkeres blancos mineralizados, cl\u00ednkeres portland grises y cementos portland grises. El an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo usando difracci\u00f3n de rayos-x y la metodolog\u00eda rietveld requiere el conocimiento de las estructuras cristalinas de todas las fases presentes en la muestras.  el silicato tric\u00e1lcico es el componente m\u00e1s importante de los cementos portland. Se ha revisado su estructura, debido a sus importantes aplicaciones industriales, utilizando la difracci\u00f3n de rayos-x sincrot\u00f3n y difracci\u00f3n de neutrones y la metodolog\u00eda de rietveld, present\u00e1ndose una superestructura m\u00e1s simple que el polimorfo monocl\u00ednico publicado hasta ahora.  para cuantificar cl\u00ednkeres no est\u00e1ndares, como los mineralizados, se deben conocer las estructuras cristalinas de todos sus constituyentes. La fluorellesteadita, ca10(sio4)3(so4)f2 es una fase que est\u00e1 presente en los cl\u00ednkeres mineralizados estudiados, pero su estructura cristalina no era conocida. Por ello se ha sintetizado pura y se ha realizado un estudio estructural de la misma. la descripci\u00f3n estructural obtenida se ha usado para realizar el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de fases de cl\u00ednkeres que contienen esta fase. La estructura cristalina del yeso tambi\u00e9n ha sido revisada usando radiaci\u00f3n sincrot\u00f3n. para conocer la exactitud y precisi\u00f3n de esta metodolog\u00eda aplicada a este tipo de materiales se han sintetizado las fases puras que los constituyen y se han mezclado para formar mezclas artificiales que simulan los sistemas comerciales.
