Carkhuff) a la maduracion personal en grupo, a estudiantes de acceso a segundo grado de formacion profesional, rama sanitaria, utilizando una adaptacion del analisis transaccional. Estudio de caso unico, con una metodolog\u00eda cualitativa, que partiendo de la propuesta de un modelo eclectico de ayuda, a realizar dentro del horario escolar, lo aplica y despues de 18 sesiones (de finales de marzo a principios de junio de 1.992) procede a un detallado analisis, resaltando el nivel estructural que configuran los elementos integrantes de la totalidad estudiada: monitor, grupo, factores personalizadores, teoria del proceso, el a.T.; se\u00f1ala tambien los elementos funcionales que representan el nivel del proceso en que se producen conductas activas como: puesta en marcha, progreso, retroalimentacion, terminacion, capaces de integrar elementos nuevos y mediante las que se consigue que los esquemas se acomoden a la diversidad de objetivos a alcanzar. De la confluencia de los factores estructurales y funcionales, se espera que el grupo progrese, y en el conjunto de acciones propias se pueden distinguir estas fases: crear clima, categorizacion, autoanalisis, autocomprension, aceptacion, decision, caminar autonomo. El modelo eclectico presentado aparece basado en el aprendizaje de determinados conceptos del at y en el ejercicio de conductas especificas, en el seno de un grupo, en que el acento de la mediacion
