De entre las t\u00e9cnicas de crecimiento, la t\u00e9cnica lpe presenta la cualidad de ser sencilla, no contaminante y de coste bajo. el crecimiento en el equilibrio termodin\u00e1mico asegura una calidad de material excelente. Este hecho, combinado con un rango de bajas temperaturas (lt-lpe), asegura un control preciso del espesor de las capas, ofreciendo unas perspectivas muy favorables para el crecimiento de las c\u00e9lulas solares de gaas para concentraci\u00f3n.  esta tesis presenta el crecimiento de la estructura semiconductora por la t\u00e9cnica lt-lpe, describe su fundamento y los par\u00e1metros de crecimiento. se estudian las dos configuraciones de c\u00e9lulas solares de gaas, la configuraci\u00f3n p\/n gaas, por medio de tres tipos de estructuras: las c\u00e9lulas de gaas con ventan de algaas y sin capa de contacto, las c\u00e9lulas de gaas con ventana de algaas y con capa de contacto, y las c\u00e9lulas de gaas con ventana de gainp y sin capa de contacto. Por otro lado, se investiga la configuraci\u00f3n n\/p gaas con ventana de algaas y con capa de contacto.  la estructura de c\u00e9lula solar p\/n gaas con ventana de algaas y sin capa de contacto ha ofrecido el mejor resultado, siendo su rendimiento del 26,2% a 1000 soles y 22,5% a 3600 soles, ambos resultados confirmados por el national renewable laboratory (nrel,
