La primera parte ofrece una visi\u00f3n general de la fianza del principio de accesoriedad.  la segunda parte analiza en cinco cap\u00edtulos las diversas excepciones que el fiador puede utilizar ante la reclamaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito. La tercera y \u00faltima parte del trabajo analiza la posibilidad de excluir la accesoriedad y sus l\u00edmites.  la memoria propone una construcci\u00f3n unitaria y flexible de la garant\u00eda
