Varios problemas nacen de esta adquisici\u00f3n de otra lengua. los alumnos no consiguen comunicar oralmente y por escrito. No se aplican en las aulas las normas que conduzcan al dominio de la competencia comunicativa y cultural, y los profesores resisten a cualquier intento de cambio metodol\u00f3gico.  esta investigaci\u00f3n, bas\u00e1ndose en estas realidades, define la naturaleza de la lengua objeto de estudio, el aprendizaje de una lengua-cultura extranjera con sus factores e incidencias, la incidencia del biling\u00ed\u00bcismo, el concepto de did\u00e1ctica, la metodolog\u00eda para la ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje de una lengua extranjera, el desarrollo de la comunicaci\u00f3n oral y escrita, y la evaluaci\u00f3n. en su aspecto pr\u00e1ctico, esta investigaci\u00f3n nos lleva a un estudio emp\u00edrico sobre la ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje de lenguas en la ensa\u00f1anza secundaria en camer\u00fan: estudio de caso. Los corpora de datos recogidos nos han permitido validar la hip\u00f3tesis que plantemos al principio de la indagaci\u00f3n (que estipula que una ense\u00f1enza eficaz es fruto de una buena formaci\u00f3n del profesorado), y hacer propuestas sobre la formaci\u00f3n de los docentes y la ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje del espa\u00f1ol lengua-cultura extranjera en este
