Por ello, es muy importante que dichos modelos sean precisos y r\u00e1pidos. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, en el departamento de m\u00e1quinas y motores t\u00e9rmicos se ha ido desarrollando un modelo de estas caracter\u00edsticas. En este proceso de mejora del modelo se han incluido numerosos submodelos que permiten calcular la mayor\u00eda de los elementos que se pueden encontrar en un motor. No obstante, el c\u00e1lculo en los conductos no hab\u00eda sido actualizado desde que se implant\u00f3 el lax&amp;wendroff como esquema de c\u00e1lculo a pesar de las mejoras realizadas por otros investigadores en este campo. En esta tesis se presenta un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo de diferentes esquemas que se pueden encontrar en la bibliograf\u00eda, enfrentados a problemas t\u00edpicos de motor entre los que se pueden destacar, el flujo pulsante, los conductos c\u00f3nicos, los reflujos t\u00e9rmicos o el transporte de especies qu\u00edmicas. Adem\u00e1s se comprobar\u00e1 como un correcto planteamiento de las ecuaciones de ocnservaci\u00f3n permite obtener resultados m\u00e1s precisos sobre todo en gasto medio. Todos estos problemas ser\u00e1n validados con la ayuda de ensayos experimentales o mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de c\u00f3digos cdf.
