Nitrico, amonico, aminoacidos libres y fracciones proteicas solubles) en citricos, en relacion a la carga de cosecha.  las variaciones de estos compuestos se han estudiado: a) en la savia xilematica extraida de ramas vegetativas y fructiferas de arboles jovenes y adultos. B) en diferentes organos de arboles adultos con produccion alternante.  a) &#8211; se ha establecido la metodolog\u00eda para extraer savia del xilema en citricos.  &#8211; la savia de ramas con fruto presenta un mayor contenido de nitrato que las vegetativas durante el proceso de fructificacion en ambos tipos de arboles. Sin embargo, el contenido de aminoacidos muestra un comportamiento totalmente opuesto.  b) &#8211; los organos jovenes de arboles con alta produccion presentan una menor concentracion de n proteico, soluble y aminoacidos que los de arboles con baja produccion.  &#8211; en cuanto, a las variaciones estacionales de fracciones proteicas en electroforesis sds-page. El cambio mas significativo se ha encontrado en la banda 18, de masa molecular de unos 24 kd que presenta una intensidad muy baja en la corteza de raices viejas de arboles con alta
