La temperatura es uno de los factores principales que afectan a la cin\u00e9tica del proceso.  el principal objetivo del trabajo de esta memoria es explicar los procesos que llevan a la formaci\u00f3n de dicha capa protectora contra el ataque por ozono. Para ello se emplearon ceras de diversos pesos moleculares (ceras macro y microcristalinas) y distintos grados de insaturaci\u00f3n. Las temperaturas utilizadas en este trabajo son de 10 y 40\u00c2\u00bac.  las ceras exudan a distinta velocidad y en forma muy diferente. As\u00ed, mientras la exudaci\u00f3n en las ceras de bajo peso molecular es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y en forma granular, la de las ceras microcristalinas es m\u00e1s lenta y su forma, aunque granular, es de menor tama\u00f1o. La mezcla de ceras produce una menor exudaci\u00f3n, -pero en forma de capa uniforme y lisa. Esto \u00faltimo podr\u00eda explicar la mayor efectividad frente al ozono, que presentan mezclas esquilibradas de ceras de distinto peso molecular. Las cadenas que seg\u00fan esta prote\u00edna, permanecen en el interior, emigrar\u00edan de forma lenta y paulatina seg\u00fan se destruyese la capa externa de protecci\u00f3n.  este hecho, favorecer\u00eda una mejor protecci\u00f3n de las piezas almacenadas, al permanecer en su interior, cantidades suficientes de parafina disuelta, que aflorar\u00edan una vez entrase en servicio la pieza de caucho.  la principal aplicaci\u00f3n de este trabajo, es la posibilidad de dise\u00f1ar ceras espec\u00edficas para distintas condiciones de temperatura de uso.  se realiz\u00f3 un completo estudio de la capa exudada que determin\u00f3 claramente la composici\u00f3n de los componentes exudados. Los m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos utilizados han sido:  * cromatograf\u00eda de gases (cg)  * microsocopia electr\u00f3nica de barrido (sem)  * infrarrojo (ftir)  * ultravioleta
