Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de un acercamiento al estudio del teatro, con criterio amplio, prestando atencion a todos los elementos de la compleja realidad dramatica y aprovechando el material periodistico como fuente privilegiada de informacion. La investigacion esta centrada en la noticia y critica teatral, aparecidas en la prensa Valenciana durante la \u00abepoca moderada\u00bb, concretamente en los a\u00f1os 1844-1850. El criterio de seleccion se debe tanto al interes que supone una etapa de transicion significativa (del romanticismo al nuevo teatro burgues: alta comedia) como a la posibilidad informativa que ofrecen las publicaciones periodicas de estos a\u00f1os, en los que el hecho teatral y su critica constituyen capitulo obligado y polemico.  el estudio se aborda desde dos perspectivas: a) informacion sobre la vida teatral: repertorio, autores de moda, actores, publico, administracion del espectaculo.  b) la reflexion del periodista obtenida en las rese\u00f1as de las representaciones o en articulos criticos mas profundos.
