Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta investigaci\u00f3n ha sido identificar los niveles de burnout existentes en una muestra de profesores de educaci\u00f3n primaria y evaluar las diferencias existentes en las dimensiones de dicho s\u00edndrome, en funci\u00f3n de algunas variables de personalidad.  han sidon evaluados factores antecedentes o desencadenantes de burnout en profesores, factores de personalidad (resistencia al estr\u00e9s y optimismo) y consecuencias en sintomatolog\u00eda f\u00edsica y pscol\u00f3gica, a trav\u00e9s de cinco cuestionarios espec\u00edficos para la evaluaci\u00f3n de cada uno de dichos factores, con una poblaci\u00f3n total de 257 profesores.  los resultados de dicha investigaci\u00f3n otorgan mayor relevancia a las fuentes de estr\u00e9s derivadas de la organizaci\u00f3n esoclar que a las variables de personalidad, en relaci\u00f3n al desarrollo del s\u00edndrome de burnout en profesores.
