Tras la obtenci\u00f3n de la relaciones q.S.A.R. Y de las funciones de conectividad, se realiza el an\u00e1lisis lineal discriminante, que permite obtener una funci\u00f3n capaz de discernir, de entre un conjunto de compuestos qu\u00edmicos, aquellos que posean la actividad deseada, en nuestro caso la antibacteriana.  aquellos compuestos que muestran te\u00f3rica actividad son sometidos a ensayos farmacol\u00f3gicos. En una primera fase, se les realizan pruebas de susceptibilidad antimicrobina, para poner de manifiesto su actividad y la capacidad predictiva del m\u00e9todo propuesto, tras lo cual, aquellas estructuras que muestran actividad, son sometidas a ensayos de toxicidad aguda en animales de experimentaci\u00f3n.  como resultado se encontr\u00f3 que la funci\u00f3n discriminante obtenida, mediante el paquete inform\u00e1tico bmdp, es capaz de discernir, con un elevado grado de acierto, las estructuras que poseen  actividad antibacteriana de aquellas que no la presentan, alcanz\u00e1ndose porcentajes de acierto del 99.11% y 97.16% para las poblaciones activa e inactiva respectivamente del grupo de entrenamiento y del 100% y 97% para las mismas poblaciones de mol\u00e9culas del grupo test.  mediante la funci\u00f3n discriminante obtenida, se realiza una selecci\u00f3n molecular, obteni\u00e9ndose un total de quince compuestos con te\u00f3rica actividad antibacteriana al presentar valores de ap mayor 5, los cuales son posteriormente sometidos a ensayos microbiol\u00f3gicos mostrando actividad siete de ellos.  la determinaci\u00f3n de la dl50, intraperitoneal en rat\u00f3n para los siete productos que presentaron actividad antimicrobiana nos permite demostrar y comprobar la escasa toxicidad de dos de ellos, los productos
