<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El pensamiento cr\u00edtico, entendido como estrategia de aprendizaje, ha de ser un objetivo fundamental de la educaci\u00f3n dadas las caracter\u00edsticas de la sociedad actual.  la comprobaci\u00f3n del inapreciable desarrollo de este tipo depensamiento en nuestras aulas ha incitado la realizaci\u00f3n de esta investigaci\u00f3n, la cual ha tratado de comprobar la eficacia de un programa basado en el modelo de estrategias de aprendizaje dise\u00f1ado por beltr\u00e1n (1996), centrado en el \u00e1rea de ciencia sociales en una muestra de alumnos de cuarzo de ense\u00f1anza secundaria obligatoria.  para ello se han realizado tres pruebas (dos de ellas han versado sobre habilidades y la tercera sobre disposiciones de pensamiento cr\u00edtico), y un programa de intervenci\u00f3n centrado en tres t\u00e9cnica de aprendizaje del pensamiento cr\u00edtico: discusi\u00f3n socr\u00e1tica, detecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n sesgada y an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico de experiencias.  los resultados han sido claros.  se ha corroborado la posibilidad de ense\u00f1ar a pensar cr\u00edticamente, la eficacia del modelo de intervenci\u00f3n planteado frente a la ense\u00f1anza tradicional, la alta disposici\u00f3n que pose\u00edan los alumnos a la hora de pensar cr\u00edticamente gracias a la realizaci\u00f3n de un perfil disposicional, la no existencia de diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas en este tipo de pensamiento en funci\u00f3n del sexo y la relaci\u00f3n existente entre el pensamiento cr\u00edtico y el rendimiento, principalmente.  a pesar de los importantes hallazgos encontrados es necesario comentar que este estudio ha sido una primera aproximaci\u00f3n al apasionante tema del pensamiento
