Su aplicaci\u00f3n favorece el desarrollo profesional y del centro a trav\u00e9s del trabajo en equipo, potenciando procesos de investigaci\u00f3n aplicad ay de contraste de experiencias, vinculando los conocimientos te\u00f3ricos a la pr\u00e1ctica, con el fin de dar soluci\u00f3n a las situaciones problem\u00e1ticas y necesidades que se derivan de la pr\u00e1ctica docente.
