Templo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda de obtenci\u00f3n de vinilsulfonas quirales a partir de 4-fenilsulfonil-1-hidroximetil-1,3butadieno, para lo que se ha estudiado la apertura estereoselectiva de hidroxiep\u00f3xidos diferentemente protegidos en medio \u00e1cido de lewis, y se ha estudiado se reactividad en:  a)  reaccioens de ciclaci\u00f3n, obteni\u00e9ndose por un lado, sistemas heteroc\u00edclicos de cinco miembros, tales como, pirrolidinas inhibidoras de glicosidasas, tetrahidrofuranos y tetrahidrotiofenos y por otro, ciclopentenos cuando existe un grupo saliente en posici\u00f3n e a la sulfona.  b)  reacciones de epoxidaci\u00f3n nucleof\u00edlica utilizando como agentes oxidantes t-buooli y t-buook. De este estudio se han obtenido a,b-epoxisulfonas de forma estereoselectiva y con muy bien rendimiento que han ido transformadas en: tetrahidropiranos con cuatro centros estereog\u00e9nicos, de gran utilidad en s\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica, pirrolidinas inhibidoras de glicosidasas, derivados del dim (potente inhibidor de manosidasas) y 1,2 diaminas, que pueden ser un buen punto de partida en la s\u00edntesis de nuevos inhibidores de glicosidasas y de catalizadores quirales.  por otro lado, la ciclaci\u00f3n intramolecular de las a,b-epoxisulfonas en medio b\u00e1sico conduce a ciclopentanos quirales con muy buen rendimiento. finalmente, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de la reactividad frente a nucle\u00f3filos de estos ciclopentanos, desarroll\u00e1ndose un nuevo procedimiento para la obtenci\u00f3n de bromo, cloro, o yodo vinilderivados y de vinilazidas.  asimismo, se han obtenido ciclopentanonas quirales que pueden emplearse en la s\u00edntesis de compuestos naturales, como prostaglandinas o carbonucle\u00f3sidos, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>S\u00edntesis y reactividad de vinil y epoxisulfonas<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 S\u00edntesis y reactividad de vinil y epoxisulfonas <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Ben\u00e9itez Gallego M.
