Un sistema dispersivo electrico permitiendo separar las orbitas del las particulas en funcion de su energia en funcion de su interaccion puede ser concebido, de manera que las particulas de un haz de energia (e+ e) colisiones con las particulas del otro haz cuya energia es (e-ae).  este argumento permite aumentar la luminosidad efectiva de la maquina y reducir la dispersion relativa en energia en el punto de interaccion.  esta idea aunque relativamente vieja no ha sido jamas puesta en funcionamiento en ninguno de los anillos de colision existentes. En particular un anillo a 2,0 gev pro haz con una luminosidad de 10 elevado a 33 cm-2 s-1, llamado \u00abfabrica de taus\u00bb esta en estudio. Este anillo varia sus propiedades efectivas considerablemente mejoradas si se incluye un esquema de monocromatizacion, sin embargo la falta de experiencia en este dominio hace necesario considerar la posibilidad de retorno a un colisionador standard.  el trabajo de esta tesis concierne al estudio de opticas versatiles para este tipo de anillos, es decir que tienen la posibilidad de funcionamiento
