{"id":27587,"date":"2003-12-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-12-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/the-professional-skills-ans-beliefs-of-non-native-speakers-in-enlgish-language-teaching\/"},"modified":"2003-12-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-12-12T00:00:00","slug":"the-professional-skills-ans-beliefs-of-non-native-speakers-in-enlgish-language-teaching","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/lleida\/the-professional-skills-ans-beliefs-of-non-native-speakers-in-enlgish-language-teaching\/","title":{"rendered":"The professional skills ans beliefs of non native speakers in enlgish language teaching"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Enric Llurda Gimenez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El interes por aspectos relacionados con el profesorado de languas no nativo ha crecido de forma constante en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, especialmente desde que en 1991 la asociaci\u00f3n internacional de profesores de lengua inglesa (tesol) hizo p\u00fablica una declaraci\u00f3n institucional donde se expresaba claramente que se deb\u00eda evitar todo tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n contra los hablantes no nativos de la contrataci\u00f3n de profesorado ingl\u00e9s.  fruto de este inter\u00e9s es la presente investigaci\u00f3n, compuesta de tres estudios complementarios que abordan desde distintas perspectivas la figua del profesorado no nativo. El primer estudio consiste en un cuestionario realizado a 32 supervisores de practicum de programas de formaci\u00f3n del profesorado de ingl\u00e9s en norteam\u00e9rica, sobre las caracter\u00edsticas y la actuaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes que realizan dicencia en el practicum. El segundo estudio es la continuaci\u00f3n natural del primero, ya que se basa en las rentrevistas realizadas a los 16 de los 32 supervisores. Los extractos de estas conversaciones ofrecen lo oportunidad de entender mejor sus puntos de vista y sus experiencias en relaci\u00f3n con los profesores en formaci\u00f3n. El \u00faltimo estudio aborda la figura del profesorado de lengua no nativo desde otra perspectiva, ya que cuestiona a los profesores\/as de lleida sobre sus percepciones acerca de su condici\u00f3n de docentes de una lengua distinta a la suya.  este enfoque de la investigaci\u00f3n, basado en diversos estudios diferenciados, aporta un alto grado de comprensi\u00f3n de los problemas, los desaf\u00edos, y los puntos fuertes que experimenta el profesorado no nativo. Por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n ilustra uno de los principales problemas detectados en la literatura sobre el tema, que no es otro que la falta de reconocimiento de la variaci\u00f3n interna que existe en el colectivo de profesorado no nativo.
